B2Match Functions
The Avant Première website is designed to provide information about the event. In contrast, b2match serves as the event platform, where you can purchase tickets, schedule meetings, access screenings, and view the event programme.
Our matchmaking tool will be activated on 6 January. From that date, the participant list will also be visible, allowing you to browse through profiles and connect with others to schedule meetings.
No, adding a session to your personal agenda is purely for your own convenience. It serves as an overview to help plan your schedule, but it doesn’t mean you're obligated to attend that session.
We provide several options for meeting spaces. Find the different areas available for your meetings here.

Payments and Tickets
You can view all the ticket prices for Avant Première 2025 in our detailed overview here.
To find your invoice, please log into your b2match profile. Navigate to the "Payment & Billing" section, where you can view your invoice and download it as a PDF.
If you have accidentally made a double payment, please contact us, and we will resolve the issue for you.
You can find all the information regarding cancellations here. Please refer to Section "2.6: Cancellation."
You can collect your badge at the registration desk upon your arrival. Simply state your name, and our team will provide you with your badge. Additionally, you can easily access your ticket and invoice through the Payment & Billing section of your B2Match account at any time.
No, each participant must register with a unique email address. It's not possible to use the same email for multiple registrations.
